We are currently recruiting an experienced Deputy General Manager for a leading 4* Hotel in Co Sligo. The role will require the effective and efficient management of all day to day operations in the Hotel. Requirements. · Experience in managing busy F&B Outlets, large Events, busy Rooms, FOH etc. · Candidates need experience managing national Conferences, meetings/ Events. · Front of House experience required to offer colleagues leadership in this area. · Must display effective leadership and team management abilities. · Reliable, committed, motivated and above all professional person. · A positive attitude, a “can do” approach, friendly and outgoing personality. · Deputy / Operations Management experience required, ideally 3+ years in a 4/5* Hotel in Ireland. · Work Permit is not available for this role, full legal status to work in Ireland is required. · Fluent English and excellent IT and Financial Management skills required. Responsibilities. · Manage daily operations and coordinating all areas of the hotel. · Lead and guide the team as required during service periods / Duty shift. · Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail property wide. · Observe and ensure implementation all shift and opening / closing procedures adhering to all Company guidelines. · Provide leadership and facilitate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all.
