This is a busy and popular Hotel Club and candidates with minimum 3 years Senior Management experience in leading 4/5* Hotels should apply. Ideal applicant will have extensive Leisure management experience and a proven Sales and marketing focus in a leading leisure or Resort property. This is a large facility and developing and retaining a strong CLUB membership is vital to the success of the role. Naturally you will be technically minded, academically qualified with pool Plant Management, swimming teaching and life saving qualifications.  You need to be results focused and standards driven. The ability to manage and develop your team and their operational procedures is an ongoing recquirement of the role as is constant development of the service and facilities on offer.
