HR Business Partner. Location: Sligo. Type of contract: 12 month Fixed Term Contract. About Your New Employer. About Your New Job. You’ll design and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives that support business strategy. Provide guidance to managers and also employees regarding employee relations and performance. You’ll support the site HRM with staffing decisions and support hiring managers during recruitment and selection. What Skills/Experience You Need. A degree in HR or a related discipline as well as CIPD membership. 5 + years related work experience as a HR Business Partner/Generalist. Applicants need a strong employee focus including employee engagement and culture engagement experience. You don’t need to come from a manufacturing/pharma background. In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law. Ability to deliver leadership training programs. What’s on Offer.
