A Food Safety Manager is required by CareerWise Recruitment for a Co. Sligo based Client. THE ROLE: * Manage the Food Safety system & Health & Safety System in O'Hehirs premises. * Conduct induction and refresher training of employees. * Conduct Internal Audits in O'Hehirs sites to verify compliance to Food Safety requirements. Report on any non-compliance and verify corrective action. * Manage the Cleaning Team. * Communicate Food Safety matters to management and employees. * Liaise with external regulatory inspectors. * Maintain & implement HACCP requirements. REQUIREMENTS: * The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role. * Science degree or similar relevant qualification. * HACCP Qualification. * Internal Auditing Qualification desirable. * Full, clean driving licence and use of car.
