Looking for a Head of Global Sales for a leading Irish company in the beauty industry. Key responsibilities: Oversea and manage global B2B sales across both the spa and retail sectors. Keeping on brand and selecting the right partners for company brands. Managing and overseeing a small sales team that encompasses Country Managers, BDMs,Trainers, and internal Orders/Customer Service team. Oversee the global sales strategy and work with each Country Manager to maximise total revenue. Work closely with the senior management team in Ireland. Drive and grow market share in new and established sectors Key requirements: At least 4 years within B2B sales and managing sales teams within the beauty industry (field based) ideally (Luxury Spa & retail industry. A proven track record in Senior Management and achieving sales KPI`s. Great communicator, leader, and negotiator. Excellent networking skills on a Global level. This role encompasses a lot of travel under normal circumstances so must be capable of dealing with stress and new changes at a fast pace. Successful track record in securing new business. Being a team player with a positive attitude is essential.
