I am currently recruiting for a Human Resources Administrator for a Manufacturing company here in Sligo. Responsibilities* As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for: Support HR Manager. Full Cycle Recruitment. Administer offers of employment, contracts of employment and other support documentation. Arrange and attend disciplinary and grievance meetings as a note-taker. Maintain and grow the talent pool by networking with recruitment agencies, attending local job fairs and other recruitment events. Maintaining and updating the Company's internal database and records. Other Human Resources functions as needed based on department needs and business priorities. *Full job description available on request. Qualifications. A degree in Human Resouces, or relevant degree. Experience in all stages of Recruitment & Selection processes. Knowledge of relevant legislation and directives that relate to Recruitment & Selection. The ability to work well under pressure – High volume of work in fast paced environment. Hours for Work. Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 (15 minute break and 1 hour lunch. What You'll Receive.
