As Business Development Manager achieve agreed sales and revenue targets to develop and successfully implement joint business plans for end-users and distributors. You will utilize the distributor sales team to ensure all opportunities are maximized, and execute promotional plans for end users and distributors. You will develop strong business relationships across your region and utilize all analytical tools, menu systems and marketing support. Gather required sales information on a daily basis and demonstrate all products to end users. Work closely with the food service team to ensure all planned marketing activities are executed to the highest standard. Identify key customer targets and develop a robust engagement plan to deliver and develop strong business relationships across your region. Requirements. Experience within foodservice sector is desirable. A passionate and committed individual with a strong drive for results is required for this role. 3 years full-time Field sales experience desirable. Strong communication and influencing skills. Determination to achieve and willingness to continually learn. Problem solving with strong Commercial acumen.
