Our client, based in Sligo, are looking to hire a Head of Sales on a 1 year Fixed Term Contract. Responsibilities: Managing the forecasted sales & training dept budget. Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances. Establishes sales objectives and develop annual sales targets for regions and territories for existing and new customers. Communicating effectively and efficiently with all stakeholders. Ensuring all customer service levels externally are being met. Attending monthly meetings with other senior members of the business. Represent the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events. Building and maintaining strong, longlasting customer relationships. Providing industry information to the marketing manager, advising on marketing material needs in line with customer feedback. Requirements: Degree qualified, preferably in Business, Sales or Marketing. Must have experience managing sales and training teams. Experience in the Spa and Wellness Industry.
