A Quality Assurance Engineer is required by a Leading Medical Device company in Sligo CareerWise Recruitment. This is a 6-month contract. Please contact Louise Mulligan for confidential chat. THE ROLE: * Batch Record Review, Batch Release, Sending Product for Sterilisation & Verifying Sterilisation Certificates. * Preparing Certificates of Analysis prior to final product release. * Performing laboratory testing. * Performing environmental monitoring and testing. * Co-ordinating the testing of Packing Samples Post Sterilisation. * Compiling metrics to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. * Creating and revising quality procedures and forms. * Raising and working on Non-Conforming Reports (NCRs), CAPA's and Change Control. * Verify that all associated NCR's are resolved satisfactorily prior to the release of the associated product. * Provide QA support to Procurement process, when assessing the qualifying vendors. * Provide QA support on customer complaints. * Maintains a high level of GMP and adheres to SOP's, company policy, and always adhering to RFT. * Supports documentation updates to meet the requirements of Quality Systems ISO 13485. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum of Level 7 Qualification in a Quality or Engineering Discipline or relevant previous Experience in a Medical Device Environment is Desirable. * An understanding of SAP is an advantage. * Organised and with a proven ability to achieve targets.
