My client, a well-established company, located in Sligo is looking to hire a customer service representative. It is a permanent role. They are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join a dynamic customer service team. They will be responsible for dealing with: Inbound and outbound calls. Upselling products and services. Maintaining a client database and client accounts. Follow up on orders and deliveries. Develop new and existing relationships with clients. Work to targets. Any administration related to the role and any other ad hoc admin necessary. The requirements for this role include: 2 years in a similar customer focused role. Ability to work to targets. Excellent organsiation, time management and team work skills. Must have excellent IT skills and have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
