Job Purpose. Working with the LotusWorks team as a biopharma technician, you will diagnose and resolve events or exceptions of production equipment and processes. Responsibilities. Perform process tests and participate in qualification and validation activities as required. Operate; o Fill Line. o Autoclave. o Equipment Washer. o Headspace Analysers. o Bioreactors. o Chromatography Columns. o Filtration Systems. o Equipment Cleaning and Sterilization, o Equipment Pressure Tests, o Equipment/Filters Integrity Tests, o Water Baths, o Isolators. o Lyophiliser. Requirements. Minimum Leaving Certificate with 5 years manufacturing experience in a GMP regulated environment, Aseptic Sterile and Fill Finish Preferred. OR. Third Level Honours Degree in relevant technical discipline in Science or Engineering with 1-2 years manufacturing experience in a GMP regulated environment, Aseptic Sterile and Fill Finish Preferred.
