Part-time Bookkeeper/ Office Manager required for a busy retail outlet. Responsibilities will include: - Overall management of the EPOS system. - Verifying the integrity of invoices/goods received, reporting shortages and chasing credit notes. - Inputting invoices on TAS and bank reconciliation. - Answering phone and other ad-hoc administrative tasks. Essential: - Experience in TAS software. - Highly proficient in Excel. - Strong organisational and time management skills. - Excellent communicator. - Good team player. Hours: - Monday to Friday 9am-2pm.
