Noel Hospitality in conjunction with our clients are looking for a Catering Assistant/ Cook for 1 or 2 full days per week in a Nursing Home in South County Sligo. We are looking for an experienced Cook to join their team to facilitate with the day to day running of the kitchen. For this position we are seeking someone with previous experience. The ideal candidate: Will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and a good understanding of the workings of a professional kitchen. Basic food preparation in a fast paced kitchen environment. Requirements: Previous Experience working as either a Cook, Chef or Catering Assistant in Ireland is essential. HACCP Training. Assist the chef in daily food preparation and running of the kitchen. Clean kitchen environment throughout and after service. Wash crockery, cutlery and equipment as required. INDLB.
