We need experienced chefs – we open 7 days a week,364 days per year so we have room for more than one chef. We could take in someone recently qualified with limited experience also as we have a very experienced chef running our food operations and another more experienced chef who could run the kitchen in his absence. We are developing our business further by expanding our menu, putting in a truck stop, outside seating and more internal seating as well as a plan to go into outside catering next year so progression is definitely possible.
