What you need to know. You will work as a HR Information Specialist for our client, a highly successful and ambitious pharmaceutical company in Galway . You will be responsible for performing administration processing of transactions, data input and verification of required documentation. This is a Contract job. The salary is negotiable . Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: Identifying, navigating, researching and troubleshooting HR transactional processes. Retaining ownership of assigned cases until closure. Generating letters, contracts, correspondence, forms and other related documents. Liaising with employees to explain company HR policies, benefits and procedures. Assisting with a wide variety of general administrative projects, providing technical and clerical support. Supporting queries from employees and managers relating to HR systems. Contributing to continuous improvement working with the HR service centre team. What are we looking for? Degree level 8 (Human Resources, Human Resources Information systems. 1-3 years’ experience. Dynamic team player. Work effectively and proactively. Excellent IT skills. Desirable. Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, Kronos or Taleo. 2 years customer experience.
