The Role: This is a challenging and diverse new position as you will provide engineering support and technical expertise to all site operations and manage the reliability and continuous improvement of equipment and API manufacturing processes. You will also be responsible for leading the execution of process safety and improvement projects within the Engineering Team, and as part of the fastest growing pharmaceutical organisation globally, this is a step forward into a progressive career for the right individual. Responsibilities: Leadership of commissioning and validation activities. Identification and project management of continuous improvement projects. Preparation of feasibility studies and budget management of all assigned projects. Assessing EHS impacts of new processes and products at the facility with a particular focus on process safety. Support the preparation and implementation of the sites Industrial Hygiene Programme (Containment verification. Management and negotiation of external contracts and contractors. The Person: A Bachelors Degree in a relevant Engineering Discipline. A minimum of 2 years experience in process engineering, commissioning and validation equipment reliability and continuous improvement. Detailed Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements relating to the Healthcare industry is required. Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting the predefined quality requirements.
