Purpose. This Great Place to Work company are in search of a Technical Shift Leader within an API Manufacturing facility in Sligo . If you can lead,coach and drive results with a high performingAPI manufacturing team in a safe, quality focused manner then this role is for you. Requirements. You must have a Degree, a MSc or a PhD in Life Sciences or a Process/Chemical Engineering discipline. You will need to have experience in batch processing, automation, commissioning and validation in a FDA/HPRA regulated industry. A detailed knowledge of cGMP in the pharmaceutical industry is necessary. You will ideally have 5 years relevant industry experience with at least 1 year of supervising in a team environment. Responsibilities. Execute and supervise pharmaceutical processing activities. Conduct and write daily reports. You will be required to lead and motivate the team. You will be the key point of technical contact for the API Business Unit. Remuneration is dependent on experience with an attractive salary and package on offer.
