You will play an integral part in providing administration and resourcing support to a very busy Talent Acquisition Team within the HQ at LotusWorks Sligo. From Sligo, our TA Specialists are responsible for attracting engineering talent for vacancies here in Ireland and also our USA operations within various industries including Medical Device, Pharmaceuticals and Semi-conductor. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic and fun environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to recruitment and elements of human resources. This opportunity is ideal for a Graduate who would like Recruitment as a possible career path. We are seeking ambitious Graduates who want to kick start their career. The role will start mid- August and we are offering a 12 month paid internship. Your Responsibilities. Update Job boards and Advertise Roles as they arise. Manage jobs portal on company website. Create and share content to support Employer Branding activities and align with Recruitment strategies. Generate weekly recruitment activity reports. Complete Reference Checks on candidates at offer stage. Convert CV’s into LotusWorks format as required. Organise overnight accommodation and pre-employment medicals for new hires and follow-up at pre on-boarding stage. Conduct Database searches to support Talent Acquisition success. Attend Recruitment fairs as required. Assist with the Apprenticeship hiring process. Address queries and Administration that arise for customer accounts. Plan the agenda and take minutes & A/Rs for weekly and monthly meetings. Update the careers section as required on the company website. Assist and Support the talent acquisition team as required. Complete ad-hoc projects, as required. Requirements: Degree Qualified in Business / HR or relevant. Strong communication and organisational skills. Social Media savvy.
