WAITING FOR A DAYTIME CHEF MANAGER JOB IN SLIGO. Our client is recruiting for a Chef Manager for a unit in Sligo. As Chef Manager you will be responsible for producing excellent food, creating innovative menus and the daily running of the kitchen. The candidate: 3 years plus experience in a kitchen management position, as Sous or Head Chef. Creative cooking skills. Culinary qualification. Strong People management and training skills is essential. Must be an excellent communicator both written and spoken. Financially proficient to complete rosters, wage costs, menu costs, stock control etc. Mix of Hotel, Restaurant, Gastro , Banqueting operations. This is an excellent opportunity to progress to the stage in your career. This role in Monday - Friday with daytime hours and offering an attractive salary of up to €30k.
