What you need to know. You will work as a Project Manager and will work for our medical device client based in Galway. You will work in the Technical Services Department on driving synergies and best practice in infrastructure, real estate, services, site projects and construction projects. This is a permanent position with excellent opportunities for career progression within a Global medical device company. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities. Lead the Technical Services Project Management Office (PMO) supporting the Technical Services projects. Provide tools and techniques in project management within the technical services function. Establish systems and processes to manage project pipeline, project planning, tracking, capital budgets and KPI’s. Lead improvement initiatives to build excellence in the execution of projects (Construction, Systems and Sitewide projects. Support project management infrastructure. Participate in managing change priorities on projects through schedule management. Drive and lead projects and ensure successful completion. What are we looking for? Desirable: Degree in Engineering/Science or related discipline. 3-5 years’ experience ideally in medical devices with strong experience working in project management. Ability to plan and track projects and control costs. Proven ability to motivate cross functional teams. Understanding of quality and regulatory process.
