Our client, a leading company in Sligo, is seeking a Project Logistics Co-Ordinator for an initial 10 month contract. This position will be 30 hours per week. Description Reporting to the Project Manager and site customs coordinator you will support them across a number of key areas of the business. The ideal candidate must be capable of working on their own initiative, be able to prioritise tasks and work under time constraints. Primary Function Coordinate customs and shipping requirements for export shipments. Ensure correct documentation is provided for import shipments and liaise with clearing agents. Complete monthly intrastat return. Assist in the preparation of R&D tax credit submissions. Assist in adhoc reporting requirements and project tasks as required. Other Skills & Experience Proven ability to prioritize objectives and duties. Ability to work on their own initiative or as part of a team. High level of proficiency using MS Excel. B.S. in Business or accounting. Experience in import and export customs compliance would be beneficial. Exposure to manufacturing activities, project accounting including SAP experience would be ideal but not necessarily required. Education & Background B.S. in Business or accounting.
