Job Title Chef Manager - Sligo

Excellent Opportunity for a chef manager in a busy fast paced retail/food environment

This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate as upskilling is encouraged. If the candidate is passionate and they are meeting targets they will be given the opportunity to learn skills in all different areas of the business.

The Role:

  • Managing all areas of the food service, from cooking to customer service
  • Making sure all staff are trained to the expected levels
  • A "hands on" approach is essential in this role
  • Rostering
  • Stock takes, Stock control
  • Maintain and build good relationships with suppliers
  • Manage groups, coaches when they book, make sure they leave happy.
  • Development of the business
The Candidate:

  • Managerial skills essential, must have the ability to manage a team of 22-25
  • Must be a quick problem solver with the ability to think on their feet
  • Must be able to motivate and train a team.
  • Must be creative, proactive and organised.
  • A "hands on" approach is essential for this role
  • Must be a team player
  • HACCP certified is desired
Competitive Salary of €30k - €32K

Excellent Bonus scheme in place if targets are met
